Chris Ingelse

 

Dr.mr. Chris Ingelse (1965) became fellow/lecturer at Maastricht University in 1992, where he earned his Ph.D. in human rights in 1999. In 1997 he was admitted to the bar and gained experience at a commercial law firm in Maastricht. Since 2005 he has been practicing together with Sandra Salvador in a private law firm, representing and advising private individuals and entrepreneurs in various areas (advice and litigation, contracts and general terms and conditions, employment law and human rights).

In the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (‘rechtsgebiedenregister’) Mr. Chris Ingelse has registered the principal (and secondary) legal practice areas of general practice (i.a. civil law) and criminal law (i.a. juvenile criminal law). Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered practice area. He is a member of the Dutch Psychiatric Patient Law Lawyers Association (vPAN).

Salvador-Ingelse law firm is lawyer Mr. Ingelse. The office and the name are the result of the collaboration between lawyers Sandra Salvador and Chris Ingelse. When Mr. Salvador chose classical languages, she kept her office space and the office kept her wise input, but she terminated her practice. Mr. Ingelse continued the practice under the same name.

Murk Muller

Dr. mr. Chris Ingelse regularly works with mr. Murk Muller. Murk Muller accepts cases in corporate law, transport law and civil law. He is also an attorney (Rechtsanwalt) in Germany.
