Salvador-Ingelse Law Practice complaints procedure

Salvador-Ingelse Advocatenpraktijk has an internal complaints procedure. This includes the following.

  • If you have a complaint, please make this in writing by email or letter;
  • You will receive a confirmation of your complaint within one week;
  • The complaints handler is Mr. Murk Muller, external lawyer;
  • From him you will receive an invitation to discuss the complaint in person or by telephone;
  • If the complaint can be handled in this way, you will receive a written message within two weeks;
  • If the complaint cannot be handled in this way, you can go to de Deken van de Orde van Advocaten Limburg
